Sompo’s goals is to show its strategic planning to all employees in a way that all people could relate and have a unique perspective of the company. 

Through a special theme, each employee is invited to travel around in order to complete the weekly challenges, learning each point of the company’s strategic map. In addition, platform administrators can identify their employees’ strengths and weaknesses and make strategic decisions to enhance training and provide new reinforcement content to the employee.
