Sicredi’s goal is to standardize the account management tool that its cooperatives use. This requires a solution that would create a learning process, engage and encourage members to use a single management tool. 

This way, CRM play was created with a mission of serving the cooperative members across the country, creating a playful, inspiring and gamified universe, usually setting together reality with the virtual environment. 

Using traditional learning methods and gamification techniques base on the Octalysis framework the co-ops were involved in a playful universe where storytelling began in a world that had lost its colors and in order to recover them it was necessary to complete the journey by getting achievements.  

After a 3-month pilot released for 1,200 members, the platform expanded and nowadays it currently impacts more than 25,000 people.
