2016 – Vivo ao Vivo

Vivo needed to train the call center staff with inside their work place environment, while motivating and engaging the users in their daily activities. In addition, they wanted to share all the training information through an interactive and playful content. 

2017 – Ao Vivo+

In the second edition, the challenge was to talk about communication on social networks and its importance on sharing information. 

This way, the storytelling featured four different characters on a challenging adventure in Brazil that needed the help of their digital followers to solve problems and face different situations. 

2018 – Vivo Ser+

As a sequel of the 2017 Live+ campaign, Vivo Be+ featured the characters together again on a new journey. Once again, Vivo chose Ludos Pro to host another training and engagement campaign.
