About the project:
The goal was to standardize the account management tool that their cooperatives use. For this, a solution was needed that created a learning process, engaged and encouraged cooperative members to use a single management tool.
This is how CRM Play emerged, with the mission of serving cooperative members across the country, creating a playful, inspiring and gamified universe, often combining reality with the virtual environment.
Using traditional learning methods and gamification techniques based on the Octalysis framework, the cooperative members were involved in a playful universe, where storytelling began in a world that had lost its colors and to regain them it was necessary to perform actions and obtain achievements. throughout your journey.
In 2019, we expanded CRM Play to other areas, impacting more than 7,000 account managers and achieving an average performance of 95% per module. For 2020, the expectation is to impact all employees of the cooperative.
