Coopesp is the largest national group of opticians in a Brazil. They wanted to expand and optimize the training process of its salespeople and managers throughout Brazil. 

Using Ludos Pro platform, Coopest could engage people by applying the storytelling for its employees and the goal was to make as close as possible to their real life, encouraging behavior and increasing engagement in its products contents and sales techniques creating a learning environment that enables mobility in access, through computer or mobiles. 

This way, Coopest applied micro learning techniques and game mechanics to make the contest more practical and interactive, increasing the users’ engagement and interest.
